Located just 2-minutes on foot from Nippombashi station in Osaka, Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring is a convenient location from where to explore popular destinations such as Dotonbori, the famous sight of the Glico sign, and Nanba City shopping center. Good but not perfect
The onsen is very clean, with laundry facility in the hotel itself. The hotel is near a subway exit (Nippombashi)
The hotel is located at the end of Dotonbori, the walk to Shinsaibashi is at least 20 minutes walk which makes it a bit inconvenient. The check out time is 11:00am, and I have a need to stay for another hour, however, the hotel is not very flexible but to charge additional cost. Normally, other hotel will provide the extra hour with no additional cost.

This Namba location is a bit crowded that make the hotel cannot control how the guests using facilities.
Food, facilities and location were great.
Some guests used hot spring without taking a shower first. I feel uncomfortable and not hygienic to take time in the public baht. There were very strong smoking smell leaking out from the smoking room especially in front of the public bath. I could not wait my friend outside because it was too smelly smoking.

Good
The location and the excellent breakfast.
There are many unfortunate facts which make our stay less pleasurable. The hotel is particularly popular among travelers from a nearby country. I don't mean to be biased, but they are noisy and have little manners in the onsen, elevator and breakfast areas. While in the onsen, they tend to talk loudly, leave garbage in the shower area, stand while having a shower. I felt I was in Seoul rather than in Osaka!!! There were too many kids in the breakfast area the three mornings we were there. The parents let them watch video clips or play games on the mobile phones. Some cry and make noise but the parents don't seem to want to do anything about it. Some adults sit cross-legged or with one leg vertically up on the chair as if the restaurant is in their own home. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE MORE SERIOUSLY. The staff at the front desk should be retrained to smile and be more attentive to guests' needs, without having to be told what to do. The cleaning staff are kind enough to make our beds everyday but I expect more effort in making the bed sheets and mattress protectors more properly in place. The filter of the aircon/ heating unit needs deep cleaning so as not to prevent a good air flow. The room is too small for two people.
